Surviving the First Few Weeks

• For Mums with babies from 4-16 weeks.
• A life-saver for new Mums.
• A fantastic opportunity to meet other local Mums.
• Sessions for baby AND Mum.

Get Yourself through Labour classes

• Increases your confidence at birth.
• Like no other ante-natal class!
• Learn incredible skills to help you through one of the most challenging experiences of your life.
• Move, laugh, breathe and chat.
